The comtess
This is an original character of my invention.
I made this sculpture using Sculpey Medium on top of aluminium foil, there is also some aluminium armature wire inside (what could be described as) her horns. I imagine her as some kind-hearted aristocratic character from another world.
I didn't sculpt the frame, even though I slightly modified it as you can see. I made sure the curves and lines of the character echoed harmoniously those of the frame. It is not baked, as I am planning to make a mold of her. But the molding process will probably bake her anyway, because of the heat from the curing of materials (I 've experienced that on other sculptures).
