Yoda Life Size Puppet
This is my Yoda puppet replica, a passion project I've been working on for some time now.
He's made of latex and upholstery foam, with his head being sculpted and cast in slip latex and a fiberglass skull
The body was fabricated from upholstery foam, and the clothes and props were made to match. The sleeves hide metal rods which are used to move the arms about like a Muppet.
In the head are two acrylic doll eyes which move back and forth using a simple turning mechanism made of Lego gears.
The hands and feet are made of foam coated in latex, with the hands having armature wire inside to enable him to hold things.
He measures just over 2 1/2 feet tall and can easily be worn on my back.
