Oculomortis (Original Creature Design!)

This creature is of entirely my own design, called an “Oculomortis” (loosely translates to “seer of death.”) It has the beak of a bird, scales of a snake, demonic horns and ears. It has gouged out eyes, so I wanted to make the ears bigger
for hearing! I am a junior in high school and this is the first original creature I have ever made! Any
feedback is more than welcome!
