Will Barge cement bond L200 foam to fiberglass?

I want to create a fiberglass foundation for a large turtle shell made of L200 foam. I need to know what will bond the L200 to the fiberglass backing. I have Barge cement for assembling the foam parts. Will it also work on fiberglass?
