This is my Evil Ash I made for DragonCon and Halloween this year. I added some action shots and progress pics as well. Everything was hand-made by me except the pants, boots and gloves. I sculpted the mask and cast it in silicone following the perfect lessons here from the Immortal Masks crew. The helmet is all EVA foam and foam clay. The armor is mostly EVA wrapped in Worbla Black Art, but some is just Worbla without the foam backing for thinner pieces. I sewed the shirt and made the cape from scratch and did tons of weathering and painting. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!
