Dapper Cthulhu
I was inspired by many colonial suits and HPL. From making a digital suit pattern, to designing the embroidery elements, constructing the top hat, and then carved, shaped, and painted the Head. I wanted this to be as if Cthulhu was summoned with the most dapper clothing made with the regal and sexy sacrifices made in his honor. The two pieces I had to farm out were the suit and the embroidery. I designed the tentacle designs and then had to send the parts of my suit to an embroiderer and they turned out amazingly! A friend helped me with the sewing of the suit and then I built and constructed the head and top hat. A simple yet effective costume for a regal event.
