Dr. C. Clops
I am super low-tech, so Dr C. Clops is made mostly from insulation foam sprayed on a helmet. I used an old sport helmet from my friend's garage, a styrofoam half sphere for the eye, a few zip ties for shape as well as some high density foam from a camping mat for the armature which was held together with duct tape. Painted with acrylic paints. Eyeball and mouth finished with resin for an extra shine, rest coated with mod podge high gloss finishing spray. Oh! and a piece of a black nylon in the mouth to hide my face.
