Grasper Leech
What is that? It looks like an innocent worm in the sand of a riverbed.
No! It's a Grasper Leech!!!
It got its name from the way the creature waits in the shallows of a river or pond, then latches onto an unsuspecting fish with its two arm-like appendages and mouth.
