Lieutenant Worf
I sculpted the forehead piece and made it out of foam latex. Then painted and applied it to my friend's face. Eyebrow hairs were punched into the prosthetic. Facial hair was made by ventilating hair onto wig lace. The wig was purchased. The top, sash, and phaser were all handmade as well. Model by my friend.
