Tawny Lion
I would like to submit my Tawny Lion for the contest. I these torso masks. I call them that because they cover most of the occupant's torso. The mask adds more than a foot to the occupant's height-as they look through the creatures neck, from behind the hair.
I sculpted, molded, cast, and finished the piece myself. The mask is latex, with acrylic teeth, glass eyes, and 100% hand punched hair. The project consisted of 3 plasters molds (Head, torso, and tongue), and one silicone mold for the lower jaw.
I created the mask to have versatile finishing. I was able to create a Black Lion, Lioness, Tiger, Panther, and Leopard from the one mold.
Thanks for reading.
