Hello.I’m new and having problems with video playback

Hello everybody.I started my 7 day free trial today with intentions of subscribing for a year next week.After I watch 4 or 5 videos ot will say error 102630.I did all the things they said to fix it but it did not.So my question is when you subscribe and you get the 7 day free trial does it limit you’re access until you’re actually charged the following week?
