Shop Space

Hi, I’m curious how to go about finding shop space in my area?  I don’t need a whole warehouse, but I’m considering relocating and I’ll need to lease a space if I want to continue effects work.  Thanks!

You may be able to search online for artist's lofts in your area.

Thanks,  I’m interested also in a smaller warehouse type of place.  How would that work as far as zoning?

You might be able to talk to a real estate agent in your area to help find warehouse space.  They should also be able to help determine if your needs fit the zoning of any specific locations.  It'll change from area to area.
