Biomechanical death snake by Gabo

I was preparing for a big exhibition and I didn't have time to continuously photograph the making of the statue, so there are few pictures of it. But the principle is the same as with my other sculpture (Scolopendra) that I entered for the contest. The base consists of laryngeal tubes wired to each other, but the spine had to be reinforced to support the weight. I carved the head out of purfoam, then covered the whole thing in several layers with EVA foam clay, which is how I worked out the details. After sanding, I coated its surface with Plastidip.
