Durin's Bane, the Balrog
Original design by WETA, with some changed by me. I wanted to really challenge myself this year by trying to sculpt my favourite monster of all time. The Balrog! Every single time I am watching the Lord of The Rings, I get goosebumps when this creature appears. It was sculpted using Monster Clay, my first time ever using the clay and I loved it!
