Sentinel of Atlantis

Crustacean inspired monster creation. My first prosthetic application completed through Melbourne (AU) based course. Definitely improved my sculpting skills and found an interest for running foam and mould making. 
Have always been fascinated by underwater creatures, mythology and fantasy. This warrior guards Atlantis, protecting the great city from the world above.

    This is amazing. Is this one whole piece or broken up into sections? I tried to look for edges but couldn't find any so I'm assuming a whole piece.

    Hey Asha, This was a 5 part mould (including core) for the whole piece. So yes one big crab head haha
    I also had a separate prosthetic mould for the chin. 
    Eyes and Mandibles separate also. 
    There were lines I just cleaned it up and patched :) Thanks for the compliment.
