Need help making a foam latex mold!
I have a project deadline coming up and I have been struggling with the intricacies of the matter. I have a 38" long sculpture of an alligator. It is a 3d-printed base that is then layered in polymer clay to give it detail. I originally planned on making a mold for this alligator out of ultracal and moving forward, however there are many little pieces of the alligator that I am afraid will break. I was informed that I cant use the concrete mix because it will destroy the original piece and leave an incomplete mold. I need other methods that could be used to make the mold of the alligator that would support foam latex (or another type of flexible skin-like wrap). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
