I am working on a Rambo Last Blood bust for silicone/foam molding to be a mannequin head...I have been diligently plugging away at this for about 9 hours a day for the past week or so..I feel like i am getting down to the finish line with the wrinkle and pore texturing...but i am struggling a little with making subtle and defined wrinkles..(photos shown as a reference)

For those fine wrinkles, I usually use a thin wire tool with a sheet of plastic over the clay. The plastic (depending on its thickness) will soften the edges of the wrinkles. If you search for "sculpting wrinkle tool" you'll see some examples. Basically a few strands of wire on a handle.
This course with Don Lanning is a great place to start

His "power of the X" technique produces very realistic-looking skin.
