Halo Master Chief foam build
My name is Tyler and I completed this Halo Master Chief suit days before my 16th birthday. The entire suit is made from gym floor mats and 6mm foam. The visor of the helmet is made from two layers of plexi glass tinted with yellow window tint. The energy sword is also made from a thicker plexi glass, the handle is made from foam.
