DURGE, SW: Clone Wars
DURGE first appeared in comics, cartoons, and action figures as part of the original Genndy Tartakovsky Star Wars: Clone Wars. This is my interpretation of the character.
No 3D printing. I began sculpting this costume in 2004. This was my first experience with fiberglass.
I sculpted every component of the armour. The entire suit is made of hand-laid fiberglass.
I first wore the suit in 2005. I am still improving upon this warrior's amour. Seventeen years and counting, fitting into this DURGE armour is the chief motivation for my diet and health routines.
