This may be a non starter, on account of me living thousands of miles away, but so far I haven't found anywhere else to ask.

    Kevin is correct, RPF is a great place to find prop replicas.  There may be someone who has built the prop before who is willing to offer castings, or someone willing to do commissioned work.
