How to make Vampire teeth without a full dentures

Hi!!!

I followed the course to make teeth and dentures, but I was wondering how can I make vampire fangs withour making a full dentures. i need them for a vampire look, but I'd like to make only the fangs, like fang smiths/tooth capsule, using dental acrylic. Is the procedure the same as the dentures (but skipping the gums part) or is there something different? Do they stay on without the gums?

Thank you so much in advance!
I need to do them by the 24th of January!

  • One option would be to get a set of acrylic fangs that are made to be held in place with thermoplastic.  You can get them as a kit (typically in a small plastic coffin with a clear lid) from companies like Dracula House, Scarecrow, Alpha One, and more.   They come in various shapes, lengths, and colors.

Basic process is to gently sand/file down the fangs so they fit your teeth and gumline, polish and make sure they are perfectly smooth for comfort, heat up a bit of the thermoplastic in hot water, place it in the base of the fang, and then press it onto your tooth so the plastic wraps behind the tooth to hold the fang in place.  You will end up with 2 small dental appliances, one for each fang.

I've used these a lot in the past, and they work great.  The filing/sanding step for a custom fit is often skipped by folks, and may not be needed for your use, but can have a big impact on the look and fit of the fangs.
