Zbrush modelled and 3d printed face/beak with a cowl made from EVA foam, covered with fur fabric.
Eyes were glass cabochons attached to a sculpted iris with UV resin.
Costume was EVA foam, fur and fabric.
It was supposed to be a mask but visibility was a bit of an issue, so it became a hat
