I just designed a new hand puppet! I'm pretty proud of this one so I hope you like it 😄

I'd love to hear what you guys would have done differently and hope my designs can act as inspiration for someone out there 😄

    Awesome work!  Thanks for sharing the design process for all the linkages. Always fun to see how people tackle design challenges like that.  I love how expressive the final character is with its range of movements.

    Looks great, and those legs work well! I think I need to try using constraints in 3D modelling to test mechanisms, like you did with that animation. Sorry if I missed it as I only had time to jump around the video, but do you also plan to do additional painting/decor to your bird?
