Cleaning latex after mold

When removing latex from a mold a lot of people say to use talcum powder or corn starch to help get it out. But now my latex appears dusty and dirty. I scrubbed it with a paintbrush and hot soapy water. It looks clean for a few minutes but then goes back to looking dusty. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

    Repeated scrubbing can lessen it a bit, but the powder has bonded to the latex and will not come off 100%.  You can paint the latex or use a matte, gloss, or semigloss sealer on it as well.
