hi all i was wondering if anyone could help me ive just been charged full amount of my basic package when I signed up last monday in the cyber deal with 30% discount but i have not been discounted anything :[ when i  signed up it showed the discount at the check out but I have been charged the full price i have tried to email but im not having much luck,

    We are catching up on everything from the long holiday weekend, but know that we will take care of this for you! When you say not having much luck with email, does that mean you had an issue contacting us, or that you are still waiting for a response?
