How do I change my profile picture on mobile?

  It looks like the mobile layout for the forums don't support changing your profile picture.  Thankfully you can select "full site" from the menu, which should give you the desk top version of the site on your mobile device.  From there you should be able to go to "Edit Profile" and then select "Change My Picture" from the menu on the left.
