Yes, "The Crooked Feather" is a very good resource. Although, to get the most out of the information she has to share, it's beneficial to join her Patreon. There, you can get more direct access to talk to her directly. And you'll be able to see the videos, patterns, schematics, etc. that she has to offer. The videos she posts on Youtube are her oldest, video postings. All the newest is on patreon.

Whether or not you buy their flocker, or any of their products, they are still a good resource to explore. They have many things that may be of interest and use. Not all of their products have the best prices. But, at least you can use it to find out what the name of a certain tool, product, or material is called, (which in turn can help in locating it elsewhere at a possibly better price).

I haven't purchased this flocker. (I already own two different flockers, already. So, for my purposes, I'm already in overkill.) Therefore, I can not speak to it's quality & reliability, (To me, it appears to be a modification of the DIY Electric Flyswatter version.) But, it is at least affordable. And, enough to get folks started using a flocker.

And, yes, it is the same flocker Katharine listed above, sold by Action Hobbies.

There was also a company called, "Small Parts, inc". The original company has long since been absorbed by Amazon. (The current company named "Small Parts, inc." is NOT the same company. So, don't be fooled by their website.) If you are lucky enough to locate one of their old print catalogs, it is a great reference resource for finding out what certain materials are & their specifications. As part of Amazon, (the Borg-Collective), most, if not all of the same materials are still available. And, being part of Amazon, these materials may also be available in Europe, South America, Africa, Austrailia, Asia, ect., too.

With a little further digging, I found a site that has posted .PDFs of the old "Small Parts, inc." catalog, for reference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND downloading it, while you can. Obviously, you can't directly order through the old catalog, (all assets of the original company are now owned and sold by Amazon). But, at least, it will help guide you in figuring out the details you need to purchase the right stuff from somewhere else.
