Heroes & Villains - Villain: Ugly Duckling in alternate universe. Mixed Media

Hello all,

This is my first post and i'm really new here at the site, so if this is not how things are done here, let me know and i'll edit the post with the final image later. I'm still working towards the final result but i figured to motivate myself to finish i'd post some wip.

I took an old drawing that i made -who knows how many years ago- as inspiration. It kinda has a bird feel to it so the idea popped in my head to recreate the ugly duckling in an alternate universe where it ends up being the bad guy. The rest of the story is yours to imagine.

So far i have no clue how i'm going to render the final result so i'm as curious as u may be.
