Hey,

it's the one of the creatures from the world of some parallel reality called 'Coma'. Word that had became stop at one time. Not died, just stopped. While it stopped all creatures in there have became mad or something like that and transformed themselves in usual things, mechanisms and items. And some of them had many mutations with no special reasons. Now they look... strange.
