I sculpted the head in wed clay and cast the it in silicone to have a working mouth. Needed red eyes so I had to use contacts. The body is a custom muscle suit I made myself wit upholstery foam ontop of a bodysuit and then another bodysuit to cover it. The outer body suit was  airbrushed to add even more muscle structure . The armor is all eva foam coated in plastidip and painted with spraypaint
