The Maitlands (Beetlejuice)
My boyfriend and I made these costumes for Halloween last year. Since I am not a fancy SPFX artist with access to a cool studio and the ability to cast moulds... YET (lol), we did this VERY DIY. Each mask started with a baseball cap. Then we built up the designs using wiring, paper mache and claycrete. We also used Crayola model magic, mask making latex and latex paints. It was quite the process, but they turned out awesome
