Cold foam latex appliance from Scream Team. I rigged the trach hole with IV tubing which ran down my sleeve to a syringe I had filled with black zombie blood. When I let my head fall back and coughed I was able to ooze some nastiness. Makeup was mix of grease paint and 3 different types of blood.
