One of my favorite miniature sets is Burt Gummer's basement from Tremors. It so perfectly matched the full sized set that you would never know it was not a full-sized Graboid busting through the wall.

That's awesome, this movie was on TV the other day and I swore that shot of the Tremor coming through the wall was done full scale.

I gotta go for Ridley's Alien, crashed ship VHF Camera. Great Set.
