Incubot.
No one knows where they came from, but the Incubots appear human and have been around us all along. They are incubated and grown inside of adult robots - just like human infants... but they are decidedly not human at all. They have been content to remain hidden among us, but now their time has come. They are shedding their human disguises and are making themselves known. Game over for humanity.
