Rygel the Koala is a dictative leader, originated from Australlia, he was captured as a young long brought to a lavatory alongside other animals in a research project gone terribly wrong, giving him intelligence and the ability to speak, he has since then taken over and proved himself a powerful leader.
Created as a concept designed to be turned into a full-puppet
