That's awesome!! The teeth look amazing, I need to practice making those more.

@"Alexander H" LOL! I used plaster bandages to make the shell, then sculpted foam clay on top of that to make the basic skull forms, then did latex+cotton to make the flesh, I made the teeth from melted thermoplastic beads. the hair is crepe hair i glued on with Prosaide. I love this method, I learned it from the course…
-
@"Jeffrey Mahon" that looks fantastic!! I love it!! did you make the teeth as well? I'm thinking of doing another one without the mouth being open like I originally did

Definitely gonna have to…
-
@"Chris Ellerby" That is great advice and totally makes sense! I think I will have to look into focusing on a specific aspect of makeup effects, I enjoy all of it but I think the sculpting and prosthetic making is something I really enjoy the most. My first job was actually working for a haunted attraction here in Buffalo…

I am in the same boat actually and with the cold weather as well! I luckily had an extra small office sized room in my old apartment I was able to use with a small table to sculpt and work on. I now have a little workbench in my basement (still not ideal in the winter months) but it works for now, and I brought my plaster…

I want to invest in an airbursh at some point in the future, but the hand painting definitely gets good results, I agree! And I'm trying to work with what I already have before spending more money lol
