Which foam for Ultracal 30 mold?

Is there a self-skinning foam I can use straight in my Ultracal mold or do I need a latex skin? I would like to use just one product if possible. A foam I can pull, paint, punch hair etc. 

I've researched the different foams available but am still unsure.

    Any foam listed as self-skinning should work ok, some may be worse than others, but I would check with the manufacturer to see if they have a formula they recommend.
