The fly- Laboratory experiments- Entry 3
This idea i got From one of my favorite films 1986 The Fly with Jeff Goldblum. Except i wanted to give it my own twist. I also read somewhere that The fruit fly is alot more similar to humans than we thought. such as our disease genes. So with this sculpture i wanted to kind of twist it around with my laboratory experiments series. But for a while i have always been so in love with the idea of a human fly hybrid dont ask me why i just thought it was so awesome and the transformation would be brutal.
i made this piece with Super sculpey as well with the paint job using Tim Gores "lifeline" paint set. with hand made lab equipment from scratch with some recycle pieces and mainly cardboard for this entire diorama
