Original Alien silicone mask made from sculpt to finish in 3 days!
I was contracted to make an alien head for a commercial filmed in Roswell, NM, and it required a lot of movement especially in the mouth I chose to make the mask out of silicone, which was a material I had never worked with. Due to poor communication on the productions side I was not given the green light until 7 days before the day of filming, and I still had to order the silicone! A smarter person probably would have denied the job, but I really had something to prove to myself so I went through with it and am quite proud of the result.
