Reinhardt
Reinhardt from Blizzard's Overwatch. Made from EVA-38 foam and standing just over 7' tall not counting the head spike. The wearer is on stilts in the lower legs secured with snow board bindings and the arms are secured by a PVC frame in the hands and lower arms. Paint is gun metal gray plastidip treated with plastidip metalizer. The rust is iron powder glued in place with modge podge then sprayed with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt to cause it to rust. The red areas and numbers were air brushed on using salt chipping techniques to give them a worn look. Finally the edges and more recent looking damage were done using silver rub-n-buff. Yellow EL wire was run along the power packs by the arms and LEDs were wired into the lion shield and thruster on the back. 1
